Application HELP;

OK, click on Harman Radio application from iphone. After welcome image following window will open;

You need 3G or wifi connection to load application faster. On GPRS, it may take some time to load player. After load you can press PLAY button or select L or H button.

L - button is 32kbps stream, slightly lower quality, for slow connection and consumes less data and is optimized for GPRS. Data consumption is approx.. 12mb/hour

H - button is 48kbps high quality stream, for 3G and wifi connection and consumes about 20mb/hour.

Sometimes song information is stopped and display message "Sorry this service is temporarly unavailable". But stream is playing.

Incase of problem with player, press reload button on top-right to load player again. If you are regularly in GPRS use this player directly in Safari browser on iphone. Link is below

You can send request, feedback and information to us while listening by clicking on send message. Write message and send. You can also call us from this page. Please note that at the moment number is Australian Landline. Please check your phone plan.

In this tab, you can connect to our studio for LIVE request, comments, feedback by using your facebook ID. This stream is visible to public and you can see what other listeners are requesting or commenting on program in real time. In Studio, presenter is watching all comments and requests. You can post your comment to your profile by ticking "Post to Facebook".
